This apartment is in a fantastic location, just a stone's throw away from the historic old town. Being so close to the city center, it's really convenient for exploring the attractions and enjoying the vibrant atmosphere. the rooms are clean and comfortable, with clean linen and comfortable bedding. the wrap-around balcony provides a great spot to relax and take in the beautiful view of the Old town walls.

The only downside is the limited number of showers available, which can be inconvenient for larger groups.

it was fabulous base for traveling to dubrovnik, i was glad to stay there.

The location was spot on, just steps away from the beautiful Old Town and some great restaurants. We also appreciated the flexibility of the owners, allowing us to check in early and pay on the day of departure.

There were a few minor issues that could be improved upon. the sink didn't work very well, which was a bit inconvenient.

I recently stayed at this fantastic apartment for a few days and it exceeded all my expectations. The property was immaculate, and the AC kept us cool and comfortable throughout our stay. Its location, just across from a charming bar and the waterfront, was perfect for enjoying the beautiful surroundings. The owner was incredibly helpful when our transfer fell through, finding us a new one within minutes. I highly recommend this property for its cleanliness, convenience, and excellent service.

The value for money was excellent and the room was spacious and clean. The location was perfect, just outside the Old Town walls, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating.

We had an incredible stay at this accommodation with a perfect location right outside the city wall. The views were simply amazing, and we were able to easily access everything we wanted to see in the city. The hostess was very friendly and helpful, making our experience even better. The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable, providing plenty of room for everyone. The balcony offered a beautiful view that we absolutely loved. Despite the minor issues of the sink not working well and some dust in the room, we were thoroughly impressed with the overall experience. The location was unbeatable, with everything we needed just a stone's throw away. The convenience of having a market and public garage nearby was a bonus. The host went above and beyond, providing us with two towels per person and even keeping our luggage safe on our last day. The only downsides were the limited hot water in the shower for a larger group and the weak WiFi signal, but these were minor inconveniences compared to all the positive aspects. we highly recommend this apartment, and we would definitely stay here again without hesitation.

We had an amazing stay at Rimac in Old Town Dubrovnik. the location was perfect, right next to the beautiful Old Town and within walking distance to Banje Beach. the apartment was spacious and comfortable, with air conditioning in three different rooms, making our stay even more enjoyable. the family who owned the property were lovely and accommodating, allowing us to check in early and pay on the day we left. The wrap-around balcony provided a great place to relax in the evenings and enjoy the view of the lit-up Old Town walls. Cons: Hard to think of anything 🤔.

The apartment at Rimac was so cozy and comfortable, it really felt like a home away from home. We loved the seating area and the satellite TV for relaxing after a long day of exploring Dubrovnik. The private bathroom with a shower and washing machine was such a great bonus! It made our stay so convenient.

Personally, I found that the lack of air conditioning in some of the units was a bit of a downside. However, I understand that not everyone minds and some might even prefer it.

Amazing views, incredible location outside city walls. Easy access to everything. Helpful and friendly hostess. Well-equipped and air-conditioned. Highly recommended for group trips.

The apartment had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchenette and a spacious balcony with a great view. Plus, the free Wi-Fi was a lifesaver for staying connected.

Hauling my luggage up three flights of stairs was just what I needed to start off my vacation. Just perfect.
